Microsoft Teams will soon allow users to pop out Notes, Chat, and Copilot panes in meetings. The targeted release is from mid-January to early February 2025, with general availability from late June to early July 2025. The Copilot pane requires a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. No admin action is needed.
