Microsoft Purview DLP now allows restricting access to Microsoft Fabric semantic models and lakehouses. Public preview began in November 2024 for semantic models and April 2025 for lakehouses. General availability is expected by late November 2026. Admins can configure policies to block or restrict access to sensitive data automatically.
