MC929014 — Microsoft Loop – Departed User Content Workflows for User-Owned Loop workspaces

Starting mid-April 2026, admins can manage retention and deletion of user-owned Loop workspaces when users leave, including temporary access for data saving. Rollout completes by early July 2026. No preparation is needed; changes apply automatically.
