MC923176 — Microsoft Loop: Sensitivity labels at the container level

Microsoft Loop is introducing container-level sensitivity labels, updating item-level labeling for .loop files across Microsoft platforms. Rollouts for web began late October 2024, with iOS/Android expected by late January 2025. No admin action is required before the rollout.
