Microsoft SharePoint will soon introduce approvals for document libraries, following the previous update for lists. Rollout starts late January 2025 for Targeted Release and early March for General Availability, with completion expected by late April 2025. Users can enable/disable approvals and manage them through SharePoint Online or Teams.
