MC726122 — Microsoft Teams: View, download, and delete Microsoft OneDrive transcript files

Microsoft Teams will standardize transcript storage to OneDrive, eliminating storage in Exchange Online. This update allows meeting organizers to delete all transcript copies directly from Teams and enables IT administrators to apply retention policies to OneDrive transcripts. Rollout begins June 2024, with completion by early April 2025. No action is needed to prepare.
