MC716006 — Microsoft Lists: New forms experience

Microsoft Lists is introducing an updated forms experience that allows list owners and collaborators to collect information on their lists with updated Lists forms. Forms can be created quickly and shared with a link, and all submitted responses appear immediately as new list items that list collaborators can see and refine.
