Microsoft Teams will soon allow all meeting participants to create Collaborative notes before, during, and after meetings, enhancing teamwork and efficiency. Rollout begins early February 2024 for Targeted Release and late February 2024 worldwide, with completion by late April 2024. No action is needed to prepare for this update.
