The ExchangePowerShell cmdlets for tenant admins to Get, Set, and Remove UserPhotos are retiring in late Marchl 2024. Tenant admins should use Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK or other alternatives for managing user profile photos. Preparation may include updating training and documentation.
