MC1472028 — Outlook: Change the organizer of meetings

Microsoft is introducing a feature to change the organizer of eligible Outlook meetings, allowing transfer of meeting ownership within an organization. Phase 1 (late 2026) supports non-online meetings; later phases will add online and Teams meetings. The new organizer must accept the transfer, preserving meeting content and attendee settings.
