Microsoft Purview auto-labeling for SharePoint and OneDrive increases daily processing from 100,000 to 500,000 files per tenant, enabling faster labeling of large content volumes. Rollout starts September 2026 (preview) and October 2026 (general). No action needed for current users; new users are encouraged to create and validate policies.
