MC1458476 — Microsoft Outlook: Classic Outlook theme experience for Outlook on the web and Outlook for Windows

Microsoft is introducing an optional setting in Outlook on the web and new Outlook for Windows to mimic classic Outlook’s look and feel. It helps users transitioning from classic Outlook by adjusting visual style and layout. The setting is off by default, can be toggled anytime, and rolls out globally from August to October 2026. No admin action is required.
