Microsoft Viva Engage introduces Custom Branding, allowing admins to apply tenant-wide brand name, logos, and theme color via a Brand Center. This overrides individual user themes and Microsoft 365 org themes within Viva Engage. Rollout begins mid-August 2026, with preview and publishing controls for admins.
