MC1443517 — Microsoft Teams: External presenters can manage event production controls

Microsoft Teams will allow trusted external presenters (federated B2B and guest users) to manage event production controls starting early August 2026. Organizers can assign these permissions via the "Who has control of production tools" setting, enabling external partners to manage attendee experiences during Teams events.
