Microsoft PowerPoint will enable users with Microsoft 365 Copilot (Premium) on Windows to access organizational brand templates directly from Backstage starting August 2026. Organizations must configure Brand kits and designate brand managers to publish templates, ensuring consistent branding without removing existing Organizational Asset Library templates.
