MC1437668 — Microsoft Outlook for iOS and Android: Insert signature images from OneDrive

Outlook for iOS and Android will allow users to insert signature images directly from OneDrive starting late August 2026. This feature, enabled by default, enhances signature editing without changing existing signatures or OneDrive experience and requires no admin setup.
