MC1434580 — Use OneDrive stored user defined custom skills in PowerPoint Copilot (web)

PowerPoint Copilot on the web will support personal custom skills stored in OneDrive, visible only to the user. Users can upload skill folders with a SKILL.md file and manage skills via a new interface. Rollout starts late July 2026, requiring no admin action but recommending governance and training updates.
