MC1434580 — Use OneDrive stored user defined custom skills in PowerPoint Copilot (web)

PowerPoint Copilot on the web will support personal custom skills stored in OneDrive, appearing in the Copilot Skills menu. Users can upload skill folders with a SKILL.md file, enable/disable skills via a new Manage Skills pane. Rollout begins late July 2026, requiring no admin action.
