Managers with team-level access to Microsoft Copilot Analytics in Viva Insights will gain visibility into Agent 365 adoption and usage across their teams via the Agent 365 Dashboard. This rollout begins in late August 2026, allowing managers to monitor agent activity within their access scope and manage feature access through VFAM controls.
