MC1426709 — Microsoft Teams: Custom recording and transcription notifications now available for 1:1 calls

Microsoft Teams now supports custom recording and transcription notifications for 1:1 calls, extending existing meeting capabilities. This ensures consistent consent messaging across communications without new admin setup. Rollout begins August 2026 for most environments; mobile clients are not yet supported. No policy changes are required.
