Microsoft will end OneDrive sync app updates on Windows 10 version 21H2 and earlier starting August 15, 2026. Devices on 22H2 or later will continue receiving updates through October 10, 2028. Organizations should upgrade affected devices and inform users that OneDrive web access remains available.
