MC1421819 — Dynamics 365 Contact Center - Manage users through Microsoft Entra security groups

We are announcing the ability to manage users through Microsoft Entra security groups in Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This feature will reach general availability on July 24, 2026. How does this affect me? Users will be able to manage access by linking Microsoft Entra security groups to Microsoft Entra ID Security Group teams in Dataverse and assigning security roles at the team level.
