Exchange Online will block creation of exact duplicate Dynamic Distribution Groups starting late July 2026 to improve reliability and reduce redundancy. Existing DDGs remain unaffected. Administrators should update scripts to handle duplicate errors and review current DDGs. No action is needed for most organizations.
