MC1409304 — Microsoft Teams: Facilitator proactively detects and resolves knowledge gaps in meetings

Microsoft Teams is introducing a Facilitator feature with Microsoft 365 Copilot (Premium) that detects knowledge gaps in meetings, performs web searches, and posts relevant answers in chat. It requires manual enabling, supports standard meetings, and includes admin controls. Rollout is from August to late August 2026.
