Microsoft is introducing multimodal capture in OneNote Copilot Notebooks on Windows, allowing users to record audio, images, and notes together. Microsoft 365 Copilot then generates structured insights like summaries and action items. The feature rolls out worldwide from late July to mid-September 2026 and requires a Copilot license.
