MC1392567 — Microsoft Planner: Start date and due date are no longer constrained

Microsoft Planner will no longer enforce start dates to be before due dates. Users can set start and due dates independently without automatic adjustments. This update rolls out from mid-July to mid-October 2026, affecting all Planner users on Teams and web, with no required user action.
