Microsoft 365 Backup introduces Full Workload Backup for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange, enabling admins to protect entire workloads with one policy. It automatically covers all existing and new artifacts, reduces admin effort, and supports enterprise data protection. Rollout begins July 2026; admin configuration is required to enable.
