Microsoft 365 will introduce granular access controls for Organizational Data custom attributes, allowing admins to limit attribute sharing to selected users and control non-public data access with Workforce Insights delegates. Rollout starts mid-June 2026, with no user impact unless enabled by admins. No action is required.
