Starting June 2026, Microsoft Teams voicemail transcription will migrate to Azure LLM Speech using the Fast Transcription API, improving accuracy, speed, and adding automatic language detection plus 14 new languages. The rollout completes by late July 2026 with no required user action or policy changes.
