Shared and delegate mailbox scheduling for events lets delegates organize events on behalf of leaders using shared or delegated mailboxes, sending invitations from trusted organizational identities. Rolling out worldwide June–July 2026, it improves event coordination and trust, requires no action, and respects existing Exchange permissions. This capability is only available with the Teams Events app.
