Teams Rooms Builder, launching worldwide in June 2026 in the Teams Rooms Pro Management portal, is a visual tool for IT admins to design and standardize meeting spaces by selecting devices, licenses, and layouts. It’s enabled by default for Teams Rooms Pro tenants with no purchase functionality included.
