SharePoint agents are updated for a simpler launch and new Site AI settings, giving site owners control over highlighted agents. Custom agent creation requires an M365 Copilot license. Approved agents won’t appear in the Agent Picker and should be placed on site pages. Rollout completes by mid-June 2026.
