Microsoft Viva Insights introduces a new Power BI report, "Microsoft 365 Copilot latest usage snapshot," providing daily updated Copilot usage data with three months' history for analysts. Available from July 2026 (preview) and November 2026 (general), it requires at least 50 Copilot licenses and the Insights Analyst role, enabling detailed adoption analysis without admin setup.
