Microsoft Teams will standardize the preview experience for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files by end of August 2026, improving load times and reliability. PowerPoint and Excel previews are on iOS and Android; Word preview is on iOS only. The feature is enabled by default with no admin action needed.
