Microsoft Planner is now integrated directly into Outlook (web and new Windows version) and Microsoft 365 Copilot, enabling users to manage tasks alongside email and calendar. The rollout begins late July 2026, is enabled by default, requires no admin action, and respects existing permissions and policies.
