Azure PST Import enables Microsoft 365 admins to import PST files from Azure Blob Storage into Exchange Online mailboxes via PowerShell. It includes readiness validation, reporting, and audit logging. Rollout starts mid-October 2026 (public preview) and early December 2026 (worldwide). No GUI; admin-driven process.
