Microsoft Teams will enable booking future meetings directly from Android-based Teams panel devices starting mid-May 2026. This feature, off by default, requires admin activation and supports Teams Rooms Pro and Shared Device licenses. Users can browse room calendars, add guests, and book available slots through the panel.
