MC1269212 — New option to keep or delete meeting invitations after responding

Outlook Mobile will add a user-controlled setting to keep or delete meeting invitations after responding, aligning with Outlook on the web and new Outlook. Rolling out mid-April to mid-May 2026 worldwide, no admin action is needed, and the setting roams across platforms per user account.
