Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management portal will add building-level insights on the recommended actions page by mid-June to end August 2026. This feature highlights buildings with high Teams Rooms usage and remaining BYOD rooms, helping IT ensure consistent meeting experiences. It is enabled by default for eligible licenses. No action needed.
