Microsoft is adding building-level insights to the Teams Rooms Pro Management portal's recommended actions page, highlighting buildings with high Teams Rooms usage and remaining BYOD rooms to improve meeting consistency. This feature, enabled by default for eligible licenses, will roll out worldwide from mid to late June 2026. No action is required.
