Outlook Mobile will add a "Follow" RSVP option for meetings with two or more participants starting mid-July 2026. It prompts organizers to record meetings and sends updates to followers. The "Maybe" option moves to overflow, "No" moves up, and the feature is on by default with no admin action needed.
