High Volume Email (HVE) for Microsoft 365 is now generally available with billing starting June 1, 2026, at $42 per million recipients. Admins must configure billing to avoid service disruption. HVE supports large-scale internal emails via dedicated SMTP endpoints and includes new management and reporting features.
