Microsoft Teams will introduce a flexible meeting layout with a resizable divider to adjust shared content and video gallery space. Rolling out mid-April 2026, it supports spotlighted speakers, pinned videos, and Speaker View. Enabled by default, no admin action is needed; update training and support materials accordingly.
