Microsoft Teams app bar will be simplified by mid-March to end of April 2026, reducing clutter and improving navigation. Users can show/hide the app bar with shortcuts (Ctrl+\ on Windows, Cmd+\ on Mac). The change is default-enabled for all desktop users with no admin action required.
