MC1218712 — Microsoft Teams: Meeting notes now available for instant meetings

Microsoft Teams now supports meeting notes for instant meetings via Loop components, enabling collaborative agendas, notes, and task assignments synced with Planner and To Do. Rollout begins April 2026 with no admin action required. Notes generate shareable links based on organizational settings and are accessible post-meeting in the Recap tab.
