Outlook Mobile's multi-select toolbar will be customizable, allowing users to reorder actions like Move to Other, Report Junk, Ignore, Pin, and Snooze for multiple emails. Rollout starts mid-January 2026, completing by mid-February. No admin action or compliance concerns are required.
