We are announcing the ability for admins to add line-of-business (LOB) tags, customize views, and perform bulk actions on email templates in Dynamics 365 Customer Service. This feature will reach general availability on November 30, 2025. How does this affect me? With this feature, admins can now add LOB tags to email templates.
