Microsoft Teams will introduce Collaborative Notes in group chats, enabling real-time co-creation of notes, agendas, and action items via a new Notes tab. Rollout starts late September 2025 for Targeted Release and early November 2025 for General Availability. The feature is on by default and manageable via Teams Admin Center or PowerShell.
