AI Workflows in the Teams Workflows app use Microsoft 365 Copilot to automate tasks via scheduled prompts and templates, available to licensed users. Rolling out late 2025 to early 2026, the feature is off by default and requires enabling the Workflows app in Teams. Admin controls allow disabling it.
