Microsoft is adding M365 Copilot Chat adoption metrics to the Microsoft Copilot dashboard in Viva Insights, showing usage trends and engagement for unlicensed users. Rolling out from October to December 2025, the feature is on by default, with admin controls to disable or exclude users.
