Viva Engage event organizers can export posts from the past 28 days as a .csv file, including content, status, source, timestamps, upvotes, and reactions. The feature, enabled by default across platforms, rolls out worldwide from September 29 to October 4, 2025, with tenant-level admin control to disable it.
