MC1125489 — Outlook | Save an Event as a Draft

Starting July 2025, Outlook will let users save meetings with attendees as drafts, marked with “[Draft]” on the calendar. This feature, available by default on mobile, allows more flexible event planning. No admin action is needed, but user communication and training updates are recommended.
